Ambassador Participation Agreement

We supply tools and optional resources. We do not personally introduce people, recruit customers for you, make your sales or guarantee income. Valid commission obligations and nonwaivable rights remain governed by their terms and applicable law.
A separate commitment, even when you come from the app
This agreement supplements your existing STR ToolBox Ambassador earning terms. Accept it separately in your website account when using the designated Ambassador program-entry route. App registration, app terms and Creator Stays acceptance do not substitute for this commitment. Reading public resources alone does not enroll you, create a referral account or qualify a commission.
1. A self-service program
You choose and contact your own prospective customers and manage your own outreach, recommendations and follow-through. STR ToolBox provides its platform, published program information and optional reusable resources. It does not personally introduce or match people, provide a customer list or leads, recruit customers for you, forward your messages, make your sales, arrange stays, negotiate your deals, manage your business or chase your work. Any individual service would require a separate express written agreement authorized by STR ToolBox.
2. Your account and eligibility
You must be 18 or older, use accurate account information and comply with the program rules and applicable law. No property ownership or large following is required to use public educational resources. Access to free resources does not establish paid earning eligibility. Use only your own assigned referral link through the authorized referral system. Your separate earning agreement governs eligible paid plans, attribution, qualifications, exclusions, commission amounts, holds, reversals, payouts and tax/provider requirements. This supplemental commitment does not certify that those app functions have been implemented or tested.
3. No entitlement to results or reimbursement
Joining, subscribing, accepting this agreement, downloading a graphic, posting a link, investing time, traveling or buying advertising does not entitle you to a customer, introduction, lead, click, signup, sale, income, business value or reimbursement from STR ToolBox. There are no guaranteed earnings or minimum results. You decide how much time and money to spend and bear those voluntary expenses unless STR ToolBox has expressly agreed otherwise in a separate authorized writing. Do not spend money based on an assumption that it will be repaid.
4. Existing commission and payment obligations stay in place
This commitment does not replace the owner-approved v1.1 earning terms or change commission rates, paid eligibility, qualification timing, the twelve-month earning window, attribution windows, quality tests, bonuses, reversal rules or valid payout obligations. It does not erase valid accrued or earned commissions, accepted agreements or nonwaivable rights. A claim that STR ToolBox does not guarantee your business results must not be read as permission to withhold a commission or payment actually owed under the applicable terms. Earlier acceptance and ledger records must be retained.
5. Honest, lawful recommendations
Describe only supported features, plan allowances and actual experience. Do not invent results, testimonials, guarantees, partnerships, exclusivity, income claims, limited availability or authority to speak for STR ToolBox. Check current program information before quoting it. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from a qualifying referral, close to the recommendation where people can notice it. A profile-only disclosure or an unexplained affiliate link may not adequately explain the connection. Follow platform rules, advertising requirements and the rights of people receiving your outreach.
6. Your outreach, materials and spending
You independently decide whom to approach and whether contact is lawful and welcome. Respect consent, opt-outs and privacy. Do not spam, buy or misuse private customer information, impersonate staff, demand access to accounts or imply that an audience owes you a conversation. Check applicable email, text, telemarketing, privacy and platform rules before using a channel. Optional templates are starting points, not permission to send to any list or a promise that every proposed use complies with law. Personalize and review your content and obtain rights for any images, video, music, likenesses or third-party material you use. Do not alter approved branding to imply employment, ownership or a guaranteed company endorsement.
7. Independent participation and limited authority
You participate independently; this program does not create employment, a partnership, a joint venture or authority to bind STR ToolBox. You do not control customer accounts, app pricing, refunds, billing, commission qualification or payouts. Do not take payments or passwords for STR ToolBox, promise an unapproved refund, create a contract on its behalf or provide advice as its authorized representative. You are responsible for your own lawful business conduct, expenses, records, tax reporting and any licences or permissions required for your activities.
8. Resources, support and program access
Public guides, scripts and marketing resources remain open without a login, paid plan, quiz or completed course. The designated app-to-website participation entry may require a website account and separate active acceptance. A website acceptance is not an app single-sign-on link or a subscription check. STR ToolBox may correct or update resources and restrict misuse of its own tools subject to law and the applicable program terms. Optional education and general support do not create a duty to provide personal coaching, introductions, account management, legal advice, sales supervision or a particular outcome. Existing accepted obligations and lawful payout rights are not cancelled by a website restriction.
9. Risks and lawful liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for your independent outreach choices, recommendations, spending, relationships and business decisions. Resources and tools are supplied as available; STR ToolBox does not warrant uninterrupted third-party access, every user-submitted claim, audience response, conversion, income or another person’s performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STR ToolBox is not liable for your independent voluntary expenses or indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, expected sales or anticipated profits from your referral efforts. Applicable liability limits in the linked Terms of Service also apply to the extent lawful. These limits do not override an express payment obligation actually owed under the earning terms.
10. Rights that cannot be waived
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, excuses fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, removes nonwaivable consumer or statutory rights, forbids an honest review or a lawful report, or releases an existing valid obligation. To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify and hold STR ToolBox harmless from third-party claims, damages and reasonable expenses caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement, misrepresentations or breach of this agreement, only to the extent attributable to your responsibility. You do not indemnify STR ToolBox for its own conduct where prohibited by law. STR ToolBox will give reasonable notice of an indemnity claim and will not agree a settlement imposing a nonmonetary obligation or admission on you without your consent.
11. Separate acceptance and later versions
Your website account records this Ambassador commitment’s program name, version, acceptance time and affirmative statements. Creator Stays requires its own separate agreement; neither acceptance qualifies the other program. Materially revised commitments require fresh active acceptance before further use of the affected entry tools. This agreement does not itself enroll you for app commissions or replace required app-side earning-term acceptance. General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any mandatory applicable law remain in force. Massachusetts governing-law provisions in the general Terms apply subject to mandatory law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue. Questions or conduct concerns: socialmedia@str-toolbox.com.
