We’re excited you’re here for the inaugural launch of the STR ToolBox Ambassadors Marketing Suite.
This category helps you introduce STR ToolBox to short-term-rental hosts and owners across the United
States - whether they run one vacation home, a small collection of rentals or a property with help from a
manager.
You do not need to be an experienced marketer. An ambassador recommends STR ToolBox using an
assigned referral link. When a new customer signs up through that link and their eligible paid subscription
meets the program’s qualification rules, the ambassador may earn commission. The Quick Start and FAQ
will explain the steps, eligibility and payout process in plain language.

Hosts often love creating a welcoming stay but struggle with the work around it: rewriting listings, deciding
what to post, editing photos, preparing videos, managing schedules and wondering what to charge. We
understand that workload because the founders are a husband-and-wife team of fellow hosts and
experienced property managers with experience managing multiple properties, including an STR boutique
hotel. They built the tools they wished they had.
Your message is practical: STR ToolBox helps hosts spend less time preparing their marketing and
get back to the fun part of hosting.
The STR Tech Stack connects AI listing support, marketing templates, caption and hashtag tools, media
organization, the content calendar and auto-posting to supported accounts on Facebook, Instagram and
Pinterest. ToolBox Jack helps brainstorm and draft posts, newsletters and follow-up emails. Photo
enhancement helps prepare images; video templates turn the host’s own photos and walkthrough clips into
branded content. Pricing and revenue tools support decisions, while campaign insights, daily STR news and
TIPS learning resources help inform the next step. Feature access depends on the selected plan.
What your collection will contain

them, space follow-ups sensibly and stop when someone declines. When a person replies, answer their
actual question rather than continuing the no-reply sequence.

- Scripts: a conversation guide with an opening, questions, explanation and next step for face-to-face
conversations, social messages and follow-up.
- Objections: clear responses to concerns such as “I already have tools,” “I’m not techy,” “I have a
manager” and “I don’t have time.”
- Emails: four detailed messages with subject lines, preview text, practical examples and reply questions.

and the time those tools can save. Read a piece for the full explanation, then pull a useful paragraph,
benefit, example or opening line to create a shorter post, text or conversation of your own. You don’t have
to write everything from scratch.
Pull the time-saving paragraph from the social-workload piece for a post about auto-posting,
use the founders’ story for a personal introduction, or turn the walkthrough-video explanation
into a short conversation starter.
The materials are easy to copy and paste, easy to personalize and easy to replicate across the
channels where your audience welcomes them. Choose one idea, copy the relevant wording, adjust the
introduction for the person or community and use a clear next step. Keep feature details accurate, retain
the referral disclosure and replace (affiliate link) with your assigned link when a referral invitation is
