We’re excited you’re here for the inaugural STR ToolBox Ambassadors launch. This category helps you
introduce STR ToolBox Creator Stays to property owners, co-hosts and managers across the United
States who may want a creator to help show their property and destination.
Creator Stays is the national host-to-creator network by STR ToolBox, currently in development. The idea is
a planned exchange: a host considers a stay arrangement, and a suitable creator produces agreed content.
This page gives the important points; the separate program guide and enrollment process will provide the
full details.
The points a host needs to understand
- Participation is optional. Expressing interest does not commit the property to a stay.
- The host approves each proposed match. Creator fit, dates and the property’s needs matter.
- Choose the audience fit. Family, outdoor, couples, food, pet-friendly, accessible travel and UGC
creators can serve different goals.
- Choose useful dates. A host may consider midweek openings, quieter seasons or another suitable
period.
- Agree on the content first. Examples include photos, a walkthrough video, a Reel, Stories or
destination coverage, with quantities and deadlines stated.
- Agree on costs and rules. Nights, guest limits, cleaning fees, taxes, deposits and house rules belong in
the stay-specific arrangement.
- Decide content-use rights. Reposting, raw files and paid-ad use must be agreed rather than assumed.
- Keep reviews honest. A hosted stay does not buy a positive opinion; the creator discloses the
arrangement.
- Keep ambassador earning separate. Joining Creator Stays does not automatically enroll a host or
creator for commissions.
Connect the content to the host’s marketing
Fresh property content can support a campaign after the creator leaves. The STR Tech Stack helps the
host organize approved assets, use Jack to draft captions or newsletters, build templates and schedule
automatic posting to supported accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Hosts can
prepare the campaign ahead and spend less time manually publishing in each place. That can save
preparation time and give the property new stories to tell. Greater visibility and booking interest are goals,
not guaranteed results.
What your collection will contain
- 2 detailed pieces: why a host might participate and how an approved collaboration supports marketing.
- Social Media Posts: four Facebook posts and four Instagram posts with matching approved artwork.

- Pinterest: two distinct Pin copy sets per detailed piece, with a headline, title, description, board
suggestion, disclosure and destination-link field, plus the matching approved vertical artwork.
- Quick Questions & Answers: a shareable STR ToolBox product page and a ready-to-copy send-with
message for people asking how the tools work and save time. This is separate from your objection guide
and Ambassador program FAQ.
- Texts: four short introduction messages and four follow-ups for an unanswered introduction. Personalize
them, space follow-ups sensibly and stop when someone declines. When a person replies, answer their
actual question rather than continuing the no-reply sequence.
- Scripts: questions about the property’s audience, need periods and desired content.
- Objections: answers to concerns about free stays, creator fit, damage, content rights and loss of control.
- Emails: four detailed messages with subject lines, preview text, practical examples and reply questions.
Choose the one that fits the conversation, personalize it and use the shared Email Use Guide; fresh email
copy will continue to be added.
Use (affiliate link) for the STR ToolBox referral and explain that Creator Stays interest/enrollment follows
its separate process. Never describe an interested host as already committed.
This is the inaugural collection. More fresh host examples, promotional material and program
updates will be added as Creator Stays develops. We’re excited to help hosts explore a thoughtful

You’ll have plenty of ready-made content, and the longer detailed pieces are also a reusable source
of ideas and wording. They explain the problems this audience faces, the relevant STR Tech Stack tools
and the time those tools can save. Read a piece for the full explanation, then pull a useful paragraph,
benefit, example or opening line to create a shorter post, text or conversation of your own. You don’t have
to write everything from scratch.
Pull the host-benefit explanation for a post about property storytelling, use the
content-collaboration section for a conversation starter, or share an approved overview of the
developing Creator Stays opportunity.
The materials are easy to copy and paste, easy to personalize and easy to replicate across the
channels where your audience welcomes them. Choose one idea, copy the relevant wording, adjust the
introduction for the person or community and use a clear next step. Keep feature details accurate, retain
the referral disclosure and replace (affiliate link) with your assigned link when a referral invitation is
appropriate. In personal outreach, build the relationship before sharing that link.
