Hosts: show the right fit
Describe the real property, the travelers it suits and the content you need. A clear offer helps a creator decide whether they can do the work well.

STR ToolBox Creator Stays · hosts + travel creators
Hosts offer at least one complimentary overnight stay. Creators provide agreed property photos, videos and 12 weeks of follow-up content. Creator Stays connects that exchange to a clear brief, useful marketing media and a story that continues after checkout.
Hosts bring the place and the property knowledge. Creators bring a fresh perspective and the skills to show it. Everybody agrees on the work before anyone packs a tripod. Tuesday is unpredictable enough.
Creator Stays brings hosts and creators together through a separate website account. No paid app-plan connection is required. Create, connect, agree and complete in your member workspace. This is self-service: hosts and creators find and contact each other directly. We do not personally introduce or match people.
Your own host or creator profile.
Browse and contact each other directly.
Both accept one clear brief; host confirms.
Share links, check progress and leave Keys feedback.
The sunset can be spontaneous.
The deliverables shouldn’t be.

Your Creator Stays preparation space
Welcome! Pick your path and get your ideas ready. These tools are free to use for preparation. Your words stay in this open page until you copy or download them; nothing is submitted, published or saved to an account.
Your member workspace is separate from these optional draft tools. Saved profiles, stay offers, applications, private messaging and shared collaboration records are available in your website account after the separate participation commitment. Open My Creator Stays. Preparing a draft here does not enroll you, save an offer, or confirm a stay.

Build my host draftShow representative work, your audience and a useful story idea. You do not need a huge following to prepare a thoughtful introduction.
Build my creator draftComplete the parts you know, then create an editable draft. This is a private preparation tool, not a live property listing. Keep exact addresses, access instructions and other private details out.
Keep the street address private.
For example: couples who enjoy walkable restaurants.
Include shared spaces or unavailable amenities.
State cleaning, taxes, fees, extras and who pays.
Describe the shots you need; state any offer-specific follower criteria.
Use representative photos you have permission to share.
Tell the truth about your experience and audience. Small and relevant can be useful; invented numbers cannot. These fields prepare your future website profile, separate from the app’s short audience questionnaire.
City/state or regions; no home address.
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube Shorts.
Label these self-reported; do not imply verification.
Choose a representative video and distinct photo examples.
Allow time for editing, file delivery and twelve weekly follow-ups.
Calculate the baseline for consecutive overnight stays. Arrival and departure each count as a content day. This planning estimate does not replace the exact package both parties accept.
Choose a checkout date to suggest a seven-day file deadline and twelve weekly follow-up dates. Both parties must agree the actual dates and time zone.
Optional attraction packages are additional. Publication formats, accounts, rights, costs and any permitted variation must be agreed before confirming. This tool does not send reminders or track published work.
Use these steps together with the current preparation checklist. Checkmarks last while this page is open. Download a blank checklist if you want to keep your own record.
0 of 6 stages checked.
For each item, record the due date, platform, publication link, delivered-file link and host acknowledgment. A scheduled draft is not proof that a post went live. Keep private records and share them only with the people involved.
Creator to host: “Your property looks like a fit for my audience because [specific reason]. Here are examples of my work: [links]. I would love to discuss [story idea] for [dates]. Are those dates and the proposed content package a fit?”
Host to creator: “I enjoyed your work about [specific topic]. Our property in [city/state] suits [audience]. We are considering [nights/dates] and would like content showing [real features]. Would you like to compare the offer and content requirements?”
Before confirming: “Let’s check that we have the same dates, guests, costs, content, deadlines and reuse permissions written down. Once we both accept the checklist, the host can confirm the booking.”
Use these as starting points when member contact opens, or with a person who already welcomes direct contact. Nothing is sent through this preparation tool.

Vacation rental content collaborations
A listing photograph can show a dining table. A thoughtful travel video can show the morning light, the breakfast setup and how the space fits a family trip. Creator Stays is designed to help hosts find independent creators who can tell that property story honestly and in a style that fits their audience.
For short-term rental owners, co-hosts and boutique property managers, the opportunity is more useful marketing material: distinct property photographs, edited walkthrough and experience videos, and agreed publications that keep sharing the story. A creator brings a fresh perspective; the host brings the property knowledge that makes the content accurate.
Family travel, couples’ weekends, food, outdoor trips, design or accessible travel: choose a creator whose real audience and work fit what your property offers.
Agree the shots, formats and edited files you need. Photos and videos can support future social posts, your website, newsletters and rights-cleared advertising under the accepted reuse agreement.
The content package includes weekly property-focused follow-up content for 12 weeks after checkout. A stay can supply more than one weekend’s worth of marketing ideas.
Your game room does not need another photograph of the door. Show the game-night setup. Your outdoor seating deserves a truthful story about the experience guests can actually have. Specific, useful content helps travelers assess whether the property suits their trip.
Create My Host ProfileTravel creators and property storytellers
If you create travel videos, vacation-rental walkthroughs, destination stories or lifestyle photography, Creator Stays offers a planned place to explore collaborations with independent hosts. You propose a useful creative angle, show representative work and agree what you will deliver before the stay is confirmed.
There is no universal follower minimum. A host may state an account-specific preference or requirement. A smaller audience with relevant interests and meaningful interaction can be a good fit; a large number alone does not show content quality or reliability.
Prepare a walkthrough or short travel video, distinct photo examples and direct links to at least two proposed social accounts. Date and label self-reported audience counts.
Explain who follows you, why the property suits them and what you would capture. Be specific about the guest experience and truthful about your experience and results.
Reserve time for editing, delivering files and the 12 weekly follow-ups. The collaboration is content work with agreed responsibilities; membership is not a guarantee of free travel.
Bring your creative personality. Also bring a plan for the files—“they’re somewhere on my camera roll” is not a delivery method.
Create My Creator Profile
From a stay to a reusable marketing library
The useful part continues after the collaboration. A host can organize the rights-cleared files by property, draft accurate captions with ToolBox Jack, our STR AI assistant, and build a social plan around the real guest experience.
A kitchen walkthrough can become a practical amenity post. A quiet corner can support a midweek-work story if the facts fit. A completed outdoor update can anchor a past-guest newsletter. One stay should supply useful angles—not twelve identical sunset captions.
Review every claim, permission and format. Use available video editing tools and the Content Calendar on the eligible plan; newsletters are reviewed and sent through your existing email platform.
Explore the Host Marketing ToolsOpen the Creator Resource LibraryA clear process for both sides
Hosts describe the property, city/state, dates, complimentary nights and confirmed perks. Creators describe their niche, travel region, platforms and sample work. Member browsing and contact use your Creator Stays website account, separate from your app sign-in.
Review social accounts, audience relevance, photos, video samples and genuine feedback. Either side may decline. A message or application does not confirm a stay.
Complete the same checklist: dates, guests, included benefits, costs, house rules, deliverables, platforms, rights and deadlines. Both accept it; the host confirms booking directly.
The creator publishes and delivers the agreed files. The host checks them. Both retain their records, complete honest reviews and follow their agreed direct contact process.
At least one complimentary overnight and the accepted property inclusions. Normal cleaning is host-covered unless a specific exception is agreed. Meals, attraction tickets and other extras are optional and must be confirmed with clear limits. Travel, taxes, fees and other costs are stated before acceptance.
The Creator Stays content package
Review the content package below, then agree the exact accounts, formats, dates and any permitted variations in writing before confirming a stay.
| When | Creator responsibility | What to agree |
|---|---|---|
| Each calendar day, arrival through departure | One distinct edited 45–60-second video, adapted and published to both agreed platforms; plus three additional platform-appropriate updates total for that day | Accounts, formats, tags, disclosure, publication times and distribution of the three updates |
| Within 7 days after checkout | Five distinct edited property photos per hosted night, plus usable edited files of the agreed daily videos | Shot coverage, file type, orientation, resolution, audio rights, delivery link and exact deadline |
| Each week for 12 weeks | One distinct property-focused piece, published to both agreed platforms: 12 pieces and at least 24 platform publications | All 12 dates, accounts, formats and varied truthful content angles |
| After publication | Permanent posts/videos remain public for at least 12 months from each item’s publication; Stories may expire normally | Evidence links and screenshots; appropriate handling of necessary safety, privacy or rights removals |
One overnight normally spans two calendar days. The baseline is therefore two distinct daily videos, each on both agreed platforms; six additional updates total; five edited property photos; delivered edited video files; and the separate 12-week follow-up schedule.
The three daily updates are total—not three per platform. Publishing a video does not replace delivering its usable file.
Choose at least two platforms from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts. Those are collaboration publication choices; they are not a claim that every format is supported by ToolBox auto-posting. Agree the actual method and check successful publication.
Make the content keep working
Once you have the agreed rights and usable files, connect them to your STR Tech Stack. Organize property media, use templates for fresh layouts, ask ToolBox Jack, our STR AI assistant, for varied captions from checked property facts, and plan relevant content in the Content Calendar.
One truthful walkthrough might support different messages: sleeping arrangements, a real accessibility feature, a favorite amenity, the permitted outdoor experience or a local attraction actually visited. Each angle gives the right traveler useful detail rather than the same “book now” caption in a new hat.
You review every claim and choose what to publish. Supported connected publishing depends on the account, plan and format. Creators and hosts remain responsible for their own deadlines and publication checks.
A hosted stay does not buy praise. Opinions must reflect the actual experience; low reach alone is not a failure to deliver.
Disclose the complimentary stay and relevant perks clearly in promotional content. Property tags alone do not explain the relationship.
The creator retains copyright. Accepted terms provide ongoing nonexclusive host and ToolBox reuse, truthful editing and credit. Confirm rights-cleared music, people and advertising versions.

These launch-preparation answers describe the approved collaboration policy. Participation is self-service through your website account and separate program agreement. Accepted terms and the completed mutual checklist govern each stay.
STR ToolBox's national U.S. host-to-creator network. A participating host offers an agreed hosted stay, and an independent creator supplies specific property content and publications. Both choose each other and agree before booking.
Hosts and creators aged 18 or older who join Creator Stays with a website account. You may be a host, a creator, or both. No paid app-plan connection is required. A host's higher booking-age requirement must be shown before acceptance.
STR ToolBox charges no separate enrollment, browsing, messaging, matching or per-stay fee. Your Creator Stays website account is separate from paid app subscriptions. Travel, meals, taxes, incidental costs and any host-managed deposit or remedy are separate stay details that must be stated and accepted in advance. No subscription card is automatically authorized for those costs.
No. Hosts select suitable applicants, dates must work for both parties, and every stay requires a completed agreement. An introduction or application is not a booking.
There is no STR ToolBox-wide follower minimum. A host may show a minimum or preference per platform, or No minimum. Content quality, relevant audience, genuine engagement and reliability matter. A strong portfolio can make a smaller creator appealing.
Creator profiles must include direct clickable links to at least two selected accounts. Hosts provide business/property links when available. Review the linked accounts and recent work; nobody should need to search for a person's handle. Counts are self-reported and dated unless an actual verification method exists.
Choose at least two from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts. The host and creator agree the exact accounts and supported formats before confirming. Instagram and Facebook are not compulsory for everyone. No platform substitutions without written mutual agreement.
Yes, under one website account. Choose Both in your profile and explain what you offer in each role. Do not present host experience as proof of creator performance.
After both parties accept the same completed checklist and the host confirms the booking. All material fields must be completed; optional items say None or Not applicable. Each party keeps the terms, checklist and acceptance evidence.
At least one complimentary overnight and the accepted property/inclusions. Normal cleaning is host-covered unless an exact exception is accepted beforehand. Confirm dates, occupancy, check-in/out, amenities, costs and safety/filming restrictions.
They are optional confirmed perks. The offer must specify provider, quantity, value/cap, dates and restrictions. No perk is guaranteed just because it was discussed as an idea. Attraction coverage has additional deliverables agreed in the checklist.
The creator unless the host expressly includes them. The checklist specifies taxes, fees, parking, extra guests and other costs. No surprise charges.
Only with written host approval before arrival and within the accepted occupancy limits. Record any costs. No unapproved parties/events. The pet rule does not override legally protected assistance-animal rights.
The host promptly discloses material changes such as construction, unavailable amenities or access problems. Both parties document their response: revised offer, dates, work or cancellation. Nobody must stay or film in unsafe conditions.
Only through a written amendment accepted by both. Identify the affected dates, guests, benefits, costs, deliverables, rights or deadlines. A host cannot add work after the stay merely because they hoped for more.
Every calendar day from arrival through departure: one distinct edited 45–60-second video, adapted/published to both agreed platforms, plus three separate additional platform-appropriate updates total that day. Their distribution is recorded in the checklist. The daily video cannot also count as one of the three updates.
A normal one-night stay spans arrival and departure days: two distinct daily videos, published to both platforms; six additional updates total; and five distinct edited property photos delivered afterward. The follow-up schedule is additional.
Not automatically. The same original content may be adapted/cross-posted. Agree each format beforehand. A Pin is not a Story; a Short is a video. The three additional updates are not three per platform unless separately agreed.
Five distinct edited property photos per hosted night and the agreed edited daily-video files, within seven days after checkout. The checklist states resolution, file formats, shot list, audio/caption needs, delivery link and exact deadline. Posting a video does not replace delivering its usable file.
For each accepted attraction package, the checklist identifies its dedicated post/video, platforms, deadline and three edited attraction photos. This is additional to property work. Filming permission and ticket limits must be confirmed.
One distinct property-focused content piece each week, published to both agreed platforms: twelve pieces and at least twenty-four platform publications. Both parties fill all twelve dates before acceptance. Stay assets may be reused with new, truthful angles.
Use Jack, templates and supported scheduling/auto-posting where available to your plan/accounts/formats. Check that posts actually publish. A scheduled draft or failed connection is not completed work. Agree a backup publication method directly if needed.
Permanent posts/videos: at least twelve months from each publication date, including later follow-up posts. Stories may expire normally. Explain removals for safety, privacy, rights or platform action promptly and agree a replacement where practical.
Provide delivered files plus working publication links. Save dated screenshots of expiring updates showing content, tags and disclosure. Both sides keep their own records. The host checks the work; STR ToolBox does not verify every publication.
No. Give an honest account of your actual experience. A host cannot require praise, a high score or a positive OTA review, or threaten charges because of an honest negative opinion.
Clearly say the host provided a complimentary stay in exchange for content and identify relevant perks. Make the disclosure easy to see in the publication, including in video/Story content where appropriate. A property tag alone is insufficient. Follow the platform's branded-content rules too. See FTC guidance.
The creator retains copyright. The accepted agreement grants the host ongoing nonexclusive reuse without expiration for social accounts, websites, emails and paid ads, with truthful editing and creator credit. STR ToolBox receives a separate ongoing nonexclusive permission without expiration for its app, website, official channels and program advertising, crediting the creator and property.
They may crop, resize, add captions/branding and combine it into marketing. They cannot misrepresent experience, opinions or endorsement. They tag the creator in social reuse and credit websites/emails where practical. They cannot demand unagreed raw files or exclusivity.
Only if you have permission for the intended use. Social-platform music is not assumed cleared for host paid ads. Supply agreed clean/ad-usable files and identify restrictions. Obtain permission for identifiable people and relevant third-party material.
Obtain permission covering the intended use. Children need parent/guardian permission. Do not publish private information, access codes, security details or prohibited filming areas.
No. Views, followers, inquiries and bookings are not guaranteed. Completing accepted deliverables is the obligation; low reach alone does not justify a charge.
You do. Creators deliver and supply evidence; hosts check it and send missing-work notices directly. Each party handles its reviews. STR ToolBox does not employ staff to chase stays or promise custom monitoring/automatic enforcement.
The host sends a written notice identifying the accepted item, original deadline and evidence. The creator has seven days after documented delivery through the agreed notice method to correct or respond. Future weekly posts are not overdue before their dates.
Only under a lawful process and amounts accepted before the stay. The approved policy allows proportional amounts for work still unfulfilled after the correction period, crediting completed work, within the agreed stay-value maximum. Full value is reserved for complete nonperformance. STR ToolBox neither charges nor guarantees recovery.
At least seven days' notice before check-in: no cancellation charge. Later/no-show amounts and the payer must be accepted beforehand. Documented emergencies and unsafe-property conditions are exceptions to ordinary charges. Host and creator handle booking and cancellation directly.
Notify the other party promptly in writing. Agree replacement content, revised deadlines/dates or cancellation. Do not film in unsafe conditions. A disruption does not silently rewrite the agreement.
Host and creator directly. Claims identify damage and supporting evidence, such as dated photos and estimates. Normal wear is excluded. Follow the deposit/charge procedure accepted before the stay. STR ToolBox supplies no lodging insurance.
No. Discuss the checklist and evidence directly. Obtain independent advice or use mutually agreed mediation/legal remedies if needed. A community report does not determine who owes money.
Within seven days after the initial file-delivery deadline. Read and acknowledge the received review within seven days of release. Record a separate follow-up completion update after week twelve. Save feedback in the shared collaboration record and keep your own copies. Participant-only Keys reviews and read acknowledgments are available in the shared record. Public averages and automatic review release are not provided.
Threats, harassment, knowingly false reports, fabricated evidence and pressure to change honest feedback are prohibited. Submit the conduct and evidence privately through the designated existing reporting route. STR ToolBox reviews community access; an accusation alone is not proof. Substantiated retaliation leads to removal from Creator Stays. Honest criticism or a good-faith report is not automatically retaliation.
Accepted stay duties and granted licenses do not automatically disappear. Complete obligations through your agreed backup contact, or mutually amend them in writing. Your app subscription and Creator Stays website account are separate. STR ToolBox does not impose a new stay charge because you leave.
